About the Event
Join artist-in-residence Gabriella D'Italia for a midday stroll through our green space, where you'll learn about local plants and gardening tips. An artist and Master Gardener, Gabriella is the Art Center's newest Artist-in-Residence. Using studio space at the Art Center, D'Italia is exploring the intersection of her artistic and gardening practices — with work created during the residency to be placed on view in the community gallery and gardening projects focused on local pollinators and native plants taking shape across the grounds.
